Privacy Policy

What we collect

Your email address (for sign-in), the floorplans and project data you upload, billing information handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your card details ourselves — and general usage data (pages visited, features used) via our analytics provider.

How we use it

To authenticate you, save your projects so they're there when you come back, process payments for export credits, respond if you contact us, and understand how FloorGeo is actually used so we can improve it. We don't sell your data or use your floorplans for anything other than providing the service to you.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers to run FloorGeo. Each only sees the data it needs to do its job:

• Supabase — authentication and database storage for your projects and uploaded images
• Stripe — payment processing for export credits
• Mapbox — satellite imagery and address search
• Resend — delivering sign-in emails and messages sent through the contact form
• PostHog — product analytics (page views, feature usage); we don't sell this data or use it for advertising
• Vercel — application hosting

Data retention

Your projects and uploaded floorplans are retained until you delete them or ask us to delete your account. To request account deletion, contact us.

Cookies

We use session cookies necessary to keep you signed in, and our analytics provider (PostHog) uses cookies or similar local storage to distinguish visitors and sessions so we can understand usage patterns. We don't use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we don't sell any of this data.

Children's privacy

FloorGeo is not directed at children and we don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the date above.
